I photographed a book! This project is one of my proudest achievements as a photographer. In this digital age, and as a lifelong bibliophile, knowing that my images are going to be printed, bound, and distributed around the country is a total thrill!

A cool thing to know about the book. @xtinawithwolves explores the American fiber industry and provides history and context for fiber grown, processed, and dyed in America. So if you are a knitter, crocheter, or weaver, it's a wonderful way to learn more about your materials.

The book is divided into three regions, and each region's garments were photographed on a different model. This photo is of @indyofficinalis. Indy is a stunning human with a passion for mycology and foraging. If you like seeing beautiful images of mushrooms, her account is a must. She's pictured here wearing the Celo cardigan, which features a hexagonal texture, and was knit up in @echoviewfibermill 100% alpaca in Soft Ivory.
